Staff Profile Assessment
Thank you for taking part in our psychometric assessment. This short test builds an objective picture of your working style and strengths so that we can place you, support you, and develop you better.
What to expect
- 80 short questions — each a statement to which you choose how much you agree.
- 15 seconds per question — there are no right or wrong answers. Go with your first instinct.
- No back button — once you answer (or the time runs out) the test moves on automatically.
- Total duration: approximately 25–30 minutes including the introduction and one practice question.
- Find a quiet spot where you will not be interrupted. If you are currently being interrupted, come back to this later.
How your data is used
Your responses are analysed against the Big Five (OCEAN) framework — the most scientifically validated personality model in occupational psychology. The profile generated is used solely by Outsourced ACC Ltd for role-fit and development purposes, in line with our privacy policy and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 / UK GDPR. Results are not shared outside the firm's leadership.
