Junior Partner / CFO
Irina Stucere. ACCA
Irina joined the firm in 2016 as an Accounts Assistant and has steadily progressed to a Senior Accountant.
She brings over 15 years’ experience in Accounting and Customer Service , is a Member of ACCA, holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Banking and is currently studying towards her ACA and CTA designations.
Keeping on top of deadlines, up to date with tax regulations, attention to detail and efficient work provides the best value for money for our clients. She is a firm believer that small businesses are the lifeblood of an economy, her strongest skills are problem solving and automation of processes to improve the cashflow and efficiencies of SME’s. She also speaks fluent Latvian and Russian.
Having worked in a variety of industries, Andrew is now pursuing a career in accounting. He is looking to carry forward the momentum from his AAT studies into CIMA to further diversify his skill set and further help businesses grow. An avid reader, he can often be found giving impromptu lectures on a range of topics from 10th century England and etymology to psychological phenomenon and myths. Drew is on route to our parter programme and we look forward to him being a partner of the firm in the coming years
Catherine Mendez Pena
Catherine joined us in 2022 to support our growing client base. She is a diligent and analytical, Accounting and Finance Degree graduate with three years’ experience in business management. Flexible with strong team-working skills, able to work individually or as part of a group. Technologically astute and adept at using software for data input, report generation and documentation management. Looking to grow and develop her skills within OutsourcedACC. She is currently studying for ACCA qualification to take her knowledge to the next level.
He brings over 13 years of experience in working in Construction, Logistics, Production & Property development, Rajitha is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and BBA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance.
He is an ambitious, dedicated, and disciplined finance professional in the field of Finance, a delightful passion of exploring new ideas, and new concepts, developing skills and building strong team environments, fostering open communications, and achieving the ultimate objective.
Joining Outsourced ACC in 2016, Jackie has played a key role in expanding and overseeing the operations of our Business Centre. Since then, their responsibilities have grown to include managing the portfolio of assets. They are a friendly, positive presence that can brighten any room.
Front Office/ Office Administration
Leah joined us in 2023 to assist with expanding client support and managing our business centre operations. She has worked in previous administrative and office manager roles. She is passionate about her job and is always there to help our clients and tenants. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and dancing.
