Quraish Adamally ACMA.CGMA. CPA ( Aus)

Quraish brings over 25 years of experience working with leading companies across Asia, South Africa, and Europe, specializing in the Construction Industry and Property Development. Serving as a Finance Director for leading surveying firms in London, Quraish has gained in-depth expertise in managing the financials for large construction projects and property developments.

Quraish is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a Member of Chartered Public Accountants Australia, and holds a master’s degree from the University of West London.

He is passionate about helping businesses and founders maximize growth, and he never misses an opportunity to increase profitability through business process re-engineering and strategic planning. As a strong advocate of automation and process improvement, Quraish ensures that you stay focused and achieve your business strategy.

CFO

Irina Stucere. ACCA

Irina joined the firm in 2016 as an Accounts Assistant and has steadily progressed within the practice, taking on increasing responsibility across accounts, tax, and client management.

She brings over 15 years’ experience in Accounting and Customer Service, is a Member of ACCA, and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Banking.

Keeping on top of deadlines, staying up to date with tax regulations, maintaining strong attention to detail, and working efficiently ensures the best value for money for our clients. She firmly believes that small businesses are the lifeblood of the economy. Her strongest skills include problem solving and automation of processes to improve cashflow and operational efficiency for SMEs. She also speaks fluent Latvian and Russian.

Head of Property Management 

Tara Smith

Tara joined our team in 2025 with over 15 years experience in the property sector, ranging from pre-construction through to site management and post construction and successful handovers of various scaled sites. Tara will be heading the property management team, covering all aspects of our varied portfolio with the assistance of our already dedicated team.

She looks forward to expanding the division further!

Leah Boyle

Leah joined us in 2023 to assist with expanding client support and managing our business centre operations. She has worked in previous administrative and office manager roles.

She is passionate about her job and is always there to help our clients and tenants. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and dancing.

Jackie Turkel

Jackie joined us in 2016. She is a qualified member of ARLA Propertymark and NAEA Commercial. Jackie brings over two decades of experience in business and Block Management. She has a proven track record in overseeing major refurbishments, coordinating fire safety compliance, and providing exceptional client support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time walking her dog.

Beth brings a decade of broad property experience, spanning sales, property management, new homes, and construction. She approaches every task with energy and professionalism, ensuring that whether you’re a landlord, tenant, or contractor, you’re left with a seamless experience—and a big smile.

Outside the office, she’s quickly earned a reputation as the most adventurous member of the team, always ready to embrace new challenges and experiences.

Rajitha Kodikara

He brings over 13 years of experience in working in Construction, Logistics, Production & Property development, Rajitha is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and BBA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance. 

He is an ambitious, dedicated, and disciplined finance professional in the field of Finance, a delightful passion of exploring new ideas, and new concepts, developing skills and building strong team environments, fostering open communications, and achieving the ultimate objective.

Afraha Azhar

Afraha, a member of ACCA and CMA, holds an MBA from the University of West London and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.

With years of experience across industries, she excels in decision-making, strategic thinking, and communication. Passionate about innovation and the digital agenda, Afraha is committed to leveraging these to drive business success.

Varsha Chorge

Varsha joined our expanding team in 2022 as an Accountant to support our strong expanding compliance team. She is diligent, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, motivated and in constant search to learn new skills.

Her experience spans over six years in the service industry. Varsha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Specialised Accounting and Finance (BAF) and currently in the process of completing her ACCA examination to become an Chartered Certified Accountant.

Chathura Silva 

Chathura joined the firm in 2024 with over a decade of experience in accounting and auditing across industries such as NGOs, manufacturing, agriculture, BPO, energy, and finance. An FCCA and MAAT member, he holds a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from Cardiff University and a Bachelor’s from Staffordshire University.

Chathura specializes in IFRS, taxation, and financial management, advising clients on effective strategies. His commitment to continuous learning ensures clients are equipped to tackle complex financial challenges and achieve their goals.

Saurabh Desai

Saurabh joined the Outsourced team in 2024, bringing over five years of experience in the accounting. He has expensive experience in bookkeeping, VAT, management accounts, and personal tax and currently ongoing training to enhance his knowledge on year-end compliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and possess strong analytical skills. Saurabh is know for his ability in delivering high-quality and provide the best services to our clients.

Bhoomi joined us as an Accountant in 2024, having four years of experience in the service industry. She brings a great understanding of accounting principles and technical knowledge making her an invaluable team member dealing with complex compliance and tax matters.
Her master’s degree in accounting, together with her tax expertise, helps us optimise our financial processes and maintain correct reporting standards.

Dineth is a BBA (Hons) Accounting graduate from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, with over five years of experience in accounting, auditing, payroll, and risk management, having worked with Big Four audit firms, manufacturing corporates, and UK offshoring industries. He is an ACCA finalist currently progressing toward becoming a Chartered Certified Accountant. Known for his analytical thinking and fast learning ability, he consistently delivers high-quality work and excellent client service.
